Dairy
Success built on dairy heritage
Our Dairy Story
From our rich grasslands in West Cork, Ireland, we provide high quality and nutritious dairy products to consumers around the world.
The farmers who graze their dairy herds on these grasses – supply us with the premium quality milk that makes our dairy products stand out. We pride ourselves on our rich heritage in cheesemaking. Our experienced team of cheese makers, cheese graders, scientists and chefs create flavoursome and versatile cheeses. We produce an array of cheese types; from a vintage cheddar ideal for a cheeseboard to a stretchy mozzarella for that perfect pizza.
