Remember to listen to the questions carefully. You can always ask our interviewers to repeat or clarify a question. Don’t be afraid to take time to collect your thoughts before you answer. Keep answers concise and to the point – don’t waffle.
Know your strengths: be confident about what you bring to the process rather than competing with others. You’re here because we feel you have potential.
Know your reasons: be prepared to talk about why you want to work with us and what you can offer.
Remember an interview is a two-way conversation. Think about questions you would like to ask us. We want to get to know you – act naturally and just be yourself!
A tip for great answers
Some examples of interview questions are:
“Give me an example of a goal you set and achieved.”

SAO (Situation-Action-Outcome) is a useful technique when preparing for and answering questions like these:
