Carbery are delighted to partner with Munster Technological University (MTU) and Ibec in launching the Carbery Laboratory Apprenticeship programme supporting our commitment to be an employer of choice in our region.

This 3-year programme provides candidates with the opportunity to gain a science qualification (Level 7 Ordinary Bachelor of Science Degree) from MTU whilst gaining practical, industry experience in our accredited laboratories in Ballineen, Co Cork.  The apprenticeship programme has a blended learning approach which will mean that successful apprentices will work onsite 3 days per week and spend 2 days per week at MTU.  The programme will start in September 2022.

We are seeking applicants for two Laboratory Apprenticeship positions.

This is a wonderful opportunity for candidates seeking to change their career, who have an interest in a career in science, who wish to retrain or upskill in the food sector, or who are mature students.
